Punjab Himalaya
[560 km long] between the Indus and Sutlej riversAll major rivers of the Indus River system flow through the Punjab Himalayas.
A large part of Punjab Himalaya is in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Therefore they are also called Kashmir and Himachal Himalayas.
Karakoram, Ladakh, Pir Panjal, Jaskar and Dhola Dhar are the major categories in this section.
Normal height drops towards the west.
Assam Himalayas
Expands in Sikkim, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.The height here is very low compared to the Nepal Himalayas.
The southern slope is very standing but the northern slopes are decent.
The lower Himalayas are very narrow and very close to the great Himalayas.
Western Himalayas
It includes three physics provinces such as Kashmir Himalayas, Himachal Himalayas and Kumaon Himalaya (Uttarakhand Himalayas).
